Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Oran, a revenue leak analytics service for online stores, provided by Eren Menteşe (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Oran you agree to them. If you use Oran for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.

1. The service

Oran compares your store’s funnel data with sector benchmarks, estimates the monthly revenue impact of each gap, suggests fixes and helps you measure results. Estimates are based on the data you provide and on statistical assumptions; they are not guarantees of future revenue.

2. Accounts

You need an account with a valid email address. Keep your password secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at eren@useoran.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Free trial and plans

New accounts start with a 14-day free trial of the Growth plan, without a payment method. After the trial, continued access requires a paid plan (Starter, Growth or Scale). Plan features and limits are described on our pricing page.

4. Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which Paddle calculates and collects.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel any time from Billing in the app; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately, and Paddle prorates the difference.
• If a payment fails, we may limit access until it is resolved.
• Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

5. Your data

You keep all rights to the data you enter. You give us permission to process it to provide Oran. If you leave sector benchmarks on, your stores’ conversion rates are added to anonymous category averages without your store name, URL, revenue or order counts; you can turn this off in Settings. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse Oran: no attempts to access other users’ data, disrupt or reverse engineer the service, resell it without our permission, or upload data you have no right to use.

7. AI features

Some features send the relevant parts of your analysis to an AI provider to generate text. AI output can be wrong; review it before acting on it.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Oran available but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features; if we make a material change that reduces what your paid plan includes, we’ll tell you in advance.

9. Termination

You can stop using Oran and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. After deletion, your data is removed as described in the privacy policy.

10. Liability

Oran is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or revenue, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for Oran in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
